After a long journey and a disappointing stay in a hotel in Vienne, France, this was a most welcome experience. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were polite and welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, our room was lovely with the biggest bed on the planet. Even toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. The food in the restaurant was perfect with a good choice of dishes. Again the staff were fabulous. We are planning to stay here again on our return trip and really looking forward to another stay here.

I booked a room on the 20 December for one night, with the ********** app. 10 days before I got a message from the hotel that there was a error in the booking system, they had a party in the hotel and I was free to cancel my booking. I called the booking but I couldn’t get my money back, tried to contact them but they don’t answer back and they haven’t paid back my money. What a waste of money and what a shame they treat a customer like this ☹️

Easy to find as its at the side of the A7 motorway. This is a roadside bar that has some hotel rooms added on. Good food at reasonable prices. Pets allowed for a small charge. There is free parking on site but for €10 extra you can have private parking in a secure area. Our room was on the ground floor next to reception, a large room with a 4 poster bed. An outside door led from the room directly to the secure carpark and we were able to park right outside which was great for unloading luggage & dog. Theres a small pool at the back with a few sunbeds. Staff were friendly. It was a 10 minute drive into Cambrils from the hotel & I believe Salou is close by too but we didnt visit there on this occasion.

We have stayed here a few times, the rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. Pretty much what you would expect from this class of hotel. The on house restaurant is a fast food place, not really our cup of tea, but of you like pizzas and burgers it is fine. Good breakfast.

This is a great location for an overnight stay, or longer, as it’s directly off the main Road. Free parking, smooth check-in with friendly staff. Also pet friendly!! Due to it’s location and size of parking, it is used as a truck stop, but do not let that deter you. The rooms are quiet, with the hotel having a very modern and trendy feel inside.

Pasamos fin de año 2024 en el Retiro y fabuloso todo, en especial los menús y la fiesta! Los camareros super agradables, pasaban cada 3-4 minutos con bandejas cargadas de gambas que estaban para chuparse los dedos y siempre que podian llenaban las copas de cava. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas. Las chicas de recepción son super simpáticas y serviciales, cualquier duda o problema lo solucionaban al instante. La cena fantástica, la verdad estuvimos todos muy contentos y nos lo pasamos super bien. Volveremos a repetir sin duda

Cena de gala + habitación: Fiesta de fin de año nefasto, Servicio muy mal, parece por los comentarios, que continúa el mismo personal del año pasado. Comida pésima La "excepcional"orquesta no apareció. La habitación... sin comentarios. Claramente recomendable pero para no volver.
