Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge.
Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card.
Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it.

The hotel is based in a poorly area called El Arenal.
Out there are plenty of Cheap shops,
old buildings and dirty streets.
The hotel was packed with older people.
The breakfast was just okay, if you don’t have high expectations.
The room was small but clean.
Its doors was damaged and it looked like I had entered the prison.
Depressing.
Never back there.

Very nice, clean hotel with a swimming pool and restaurant. Daily cleaning in the rooms. Very good wifi coverage. There are elevators to the rooms. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. There is a bus stop next to it with a direct connection to the airport.

It's a bit worse than domestic express hotels. If you just want to sleep at night, it's okay. If you drive by yourself, choose carefully. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. There are many cars and few places on the island, so it is difficult to park.

1. Why did I not get a reply to my email?
2. Why was no notice taken of my request for a room with some sunshine?
3 Why was no attempt made to compensate me for lost dinner ( Day 1) or for lost breakfast (Day 7).
4 Why, when the hotel is advised as “ adult only”, were there juveniles running round the hotel corridors at 11 pm at night. I got knocked up from my bed at 10 50 because a juvenile’s towel had landed on my balcony.
