rooms advertised as double. infact it's 2 singles pushed together. my feet hung of the bed had to sleep at an angle so be comfy. asked the hotel snd they said there are no double beds at all in the hotel.
breckfadt was like a free for all no system really confusing.
reception don't care (day staff)
night staff lovely snd friendly.
cleaners lovely.
in all wouls I come back no
I rather pay a little more and stay somewhere else
I forgot to mention people smoking ******* and was told nothing they can do and they will tell security. nothing happend asked to change rooms they said no

Terrible management. I booked for one person and later tried to add my girlfriend, they refused ! And told me to send an e mail in the application. So I did it. When she joined me that night, they charged €40 per day, calling it a “night visit.”
We felt humiliated. Staff laughed, asked for her ID, and got aggressive when I refused to pay in cash.
Unprofessional, inflexible, and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back.

Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge.
Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card.
Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it.

Everything was great rooms are always clean and tidy. The only problem we had in the shower that we couldn’t able to use the shampoo because the machine or the tool whatever they call it it wasn’t working properly and we had to wash ourselves with hand wash liquid . But on another day we went to shopping and we bought the cheapest hair and body shampoo and we use that it was simple solution for us.
