I’m unhappy the cleaner not change new towels everyday. Should by everyday sanepid of clran . The hotel is nice inside and good service. The location is near lovely beach.

Reception is only staffed after ringing the bell. Access to the hotel is via key card, which is good. Rooms are sufficiently large and superficially clean. Unfortunately, the details are not perfect. Hair from the previous guest in the shower... Large balcony with seating. What bothered me was the non-functioning/cooling air conditioning. Certainly a dream in midsummer... The location is a bit modest, a 30-minute walk to Megapark. It's difficult to just pop into the hotel. I knew this, as I booked at short notice and everything else was booked out. All in all, it's okay, but nothing more.

The hotel was not bad for one or two nights, but we asked for a large bed and they put us in a very small room with separate beds. Otherwise it was not bad for what we paid.

Nice 3 star hotel not far from the beach and promenade. Friendly staff and nice room if basic . Very clean and basic amenities in the room but free coffee in the bar for guests . Would definitely stay here again . Nice bars and restaurants nearby and a terrific pizza place round the corner

Mallorca Mix Smart Hotel I was there a month ago. Dirty - towels with hair, ants in the room, bad service, disappointing, early departure because no replacement hotel was organized in a timely manner. Thank you for these unforgettable holidays. Once and never again, the tour guides should test their hotels themselves...
