It was a disaster.
First of all, the surroundings were hostel-style, very noisy at night, and it was impossible to sleep.
Secondly, there was no refrigerator or quilt in the room.
The air conditioner and shower were also broken...

This hotel is close to the airport and can be reached quickly by taxi. The reception staff is very warm and welcoming. The room has a lovely balcony. The breakfast is also very good. I will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is "uphill".
What really bothered us about the "service" was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

At arrival at 23:30u it would be nice to be greeted a bit more friendly. The ladies in the bar at the pool are very kind, as well as the cleaning maids. The breakfast is scarce and don’t be late or it doesn’t taste anymore. Beds are not that comfortable, but regarding the price it’s all okay 👍

Hotel looked nothing like on the pictures. Rooms are not clean properly, we have arrived late on Friday night and in the morning we have find dirty sock which wasn’t ours, floors are not clean. On the third day we want our room cleaned, so we left to have fun in the city, when we come back our airport was stolen from the bags which we put in cupboards. We have informed front desk about that incident, but they told us that they aren’t able to do anything, and let the person get away with stealing items from customers. They offer us a 3 free drinks as the recompense, which is really stupid.

Our stay was perfect. The staff was the best, friendly, mostly everything was possible, super. Nice room with balcony, good bathroom.
Breakfast included, not superfantastic but good enough. Swimming pool was nice, Pool bar was excellent with good prices. We enjoyed it and we recommended to others.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel kilamanjaro such a refreshing hotel air conditioning was used throughout the hotel breakfast choices came with a wide variety my hotel view from the pool was amazing staff were very helpful and generous at helping check in early.
