Not clean hotel

Loving it at Mediterranean Bay….. We are having a lovely holiday at Mediterranean Bay. We arrived several hours before the allotted check in time so were delighted that a room was swiftly made available to us (realise that this might not always be the case depending on seasonal capacity) We have stayed in many hotels in Europe and this is definitely of a high standard in our eyes. The most important thing for us is comfort and cleanliness of the room ….both of which are perfect. You won’t go hungry here…..there’s a very wide choice for the All Inclusive breakfast, lunch & dinner. (Drinks are refreshingly cold) The location allows for peaceful strolls around the harbour and along the promenade but the hustle and bustle is available if you prefer too. A huge thank you to ALL of the Team here for looking after us so well and to Jet2 for the opportunity. We are very grateful that we will be returning to the U.K. following such a totally relaxing break :)

Great hotel near the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful, food options are also great and the swimming pools are clean albeit not heated but under the sun it's the perfect temperature. Would happily come back again for another holiday at this hotel

I like the reception of the hotel I really like the staff of the hotel so friendly the rooms so clean, so nice so friendly is close to the beach is quiet You could rest perfect No noises Just relax come and have a good time Is perfect and I will repeat the experience and come again

We arrived 2 days ago our trip so far has been very good and whilst we have stayed at this hotel the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. The food has been good and it is nice to not have to plan all our meals and be able to eat at the hotel for lunch and dinner

Not the best hotel. Booked as a solo guest as they have solo rooms. Upon first arrival, the reception seemed OK and check in was smooth. The room on the other hand was shocking. I was in their Superior Single room. I couldn’t find anything superior about it ( I later learned that it was described as superior because it was recently renovated ). The bed was a thin mattress on top of a dirty, spring base. The room was tiny and overshadowed by the rooms on the other side of the building. It was a cloudy morning and the size and location made the room feel gloomy and claustrophobic. I didn’t even notice the bathroom as I got my bag and went straight to reception. After complaining about the room I was offered a junior suite at an additional cost. The suite was to me a normal sized room, not big but adequate. The view was of the street corner and not the other guests on their balcony so that was a plus. The layout of the room was very strange. The large shower cubicle was in the bedroom whilst the toilet and sink was tucked away in the corner. Still I was pleased that there was a room available and that I could afford to upgrade my room. I was there for one week which would have been miserable if I was in my previously allocated room. The room was clean and fresh and comfortable for my needs. The hotel itself is in a run down part of the resort, but that didn’t put me off. The food, edible but not appetising. The food was labelled in German and Spanish and so I only ate food that I could recognise. The waiting staff did not serve me at all. I had to get up and each night for a drink. I was half board and I think their attention was aimed at the all inclusive guests. The pool area had no umbrellas so there was no shading. The sky bar was the same and so I could only sit out for short periods of time before it became too hot. Speaking of hot, there was no AC as it is considered to be the cold season, even though I went in May , making the room too hot for me at nights Yes the guests are mainly German but the resort is catered more for German tourists. Did I enjoy my stay? Yes, would I go back to that hotel? No.

Great service, good size pool and lots of amenities. I like and I love because is so quiet against another hotels , love the clean of the hotel the people who works here and the food and the place to eat Love both pools so funny hotel I recomend to come again Thanks to every one

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. In fact it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a 4 star hotel, Adult only and superior room...and nothing resembled that booking whatsoever. Room was tiny with the actual shower in your sleeping area with no door!! My balcony had a terrible view of the rooms opposite so I felt I was nosing into other people's rooms. I went half-board but after the first couple of days I had to eat out as the food was so bland and cold. The so called restaurant was more like a work canteen, no ambiance whatsoever!! I went alone (which I've done before and had no problems) but as I am English I had no-one to converse with as the hotel was filled with German, Dutch and Spanish people. Actually didn't hear one other English person. The beach was okay but due to poor mobility I could walk down but had to get taxi back. One day it was 4 euro's (only travelled about 3 mins) then another day it was 8 euro's. The only niceish thing about this hotel is the rooftop bar as instead of seeing rundown buildings at every angle at least there was a glimmer of the sea. But it was very pricey for a drink. In summary, I am 63 years old and stayed in some pretty bad places but this has to be the worst holiday I have ever had. I wanted to come home day 3. Lastly, who grades these hotel's? They should be made accountable. Check out a 4 star hotel in Palma the difference is unbelievable. I would grade this as a 2 star and no more.

Unless you are Spanish or speak Spanish don't go. I found staff to be rude and unfriendly. The food was awful. Didn't know what we were eating as all in Spanish. I have several allergies so basically lived of cheese sandwiches. It is not all inclusive. No snacks available until 3rd day after we complained. And you are only allowed 6 drinks per day (3 with each meal) and that is only wine or beer. Rooms are tiny and the rooftop bar was closed the whole time
