I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Egypt, bar none. Every detail of the hotel is an industry benchmark. When traveling to the Middle East in the future, Adress is my first choice. The staff here are well trained and the service is very good. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the tomato soup and dessert left a good impression on me. The sunset in the lobby is beautiful. After leaving the hotel, you can go to the Mediterranean beach, which is a fifteen-minute walk. The breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. Overall very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

Good morning .. as a regular guest coming every season to ur place considering address marassi golf resort my second home unfortunately this time i decide to be my last visit cause i was really disappointed that everything was changed to the worst since i entered to ur place i feel that vibes that all u want is to earn money not more than this “ in my previous visits i got a room upgrade complimentary as a regular guest & i always say that u had the best hospitality but this time Mr Jean Pierre decide to force me to pay 15$ to get a golf view room instead of Parking view room “ it is not about the money as 15$ not a big deal but about the hospitality & how u treat ur guest as he earned this time extra 15$ but he lost 200$ of my next visit cause its my last time to visit address marassi & for sure i will go to Rixos premium alamein as they know how to treat their guests .. Also i would like to thank all the team as they r doing their best to help us to make our stay a good one as i really thank “ Mr Ahmed Rabie” & Mr “Maykel Mina” for helping us to be happy but unfortunately this time was the worst one & will never come again

As always, everything was at the highest level, the restaurant was a distinctive feature of the hotel before, but with the arrival of Mr. Ibrahim Eldayash to the management, it became the best asset of Marassi.

I recently stayed at Address Golf and had an incredible time. The rooms were comfortable, the dining was delicious, and the staff, especially Adam, made our experience exceptional. Highly recommended! P.S. Take into consideration loud music at night from the neighbourhood.

Sweilem is the best. He is very nice and smiley and firendly. The rooms are very clean and neat. I will come again to the hotel. Everything is perferct. The staffs are nicest person l ve ever seen in a hotel. Services are very good from the all hotels l ve ever been stayed. Everything was great for my side.
