I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

Frankly, the resort is very beautiful and tidy, and the staff is selected for their care. The treatment is very elegant, and the receptionists were very professional in dealing with the public, especially Ms. Thuraya, Mr. Adham, and the hostess, Sabiana.

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Egypt, bar none. Every detail of the hotel is an industry benchmark. When traveling to the Middle East in the future, Adress is my first choice. The staff here are well trained and the service is very good. I had dinner at the restaurant twice, and the tomato soup and dessert left a good impression on me. The sunset in the lobby is beautiful. After leaving the hotel, you can go to the Mediterranean beach, which is a fifteen-minute walk. The breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. Overall very satisfied. The hotel has a parking lot.

Ms. Ola was our host at the bar after a round of golf. Service was impeccable and curtious. She helped us with services at bar and was very elegant. We are members here and very please with staff and services provided. Highly recommend to enjoy Marassi kind services and the facilities. Jewelry of Egypt.

Played golf on the back 9 only because the front 9 is under maintenance. Course is so good and challenging especially hole 13 par 3. After this we went yo 19th hole , a Bar at the lobby. We are met with an Excellent hospitality especially Olla and David who served us nice cold beers and other stuff. Olla has been checking us all throughout . Excellent service.
