The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, and the suite is very beautiful, but unfortunately it does not have a sea view. My problem is with the breakfast, it was very limited and not befitting a five-star hotel. I hope that breakfast will be re-evaluated and improved

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 adults and 2 children’s for 3 nights.hotel location was nice surrounded with greenery mountains,Hotel lobby was really nice in terms of size and furniture and amicably clean.Check in/out process was smooth and staff were very candid ,Rooms were lovely and large in size and comfy and clean with nice furniture and good amenities tea/coffee, complementary water and iron/board,Bath good in size with good amenities , good water pressure and clean. Breakfast restaurant really nice in terms of size,setup and breakfast spread was also good in terms of quality/quantity. Spa/swimming pool is a must to visit. Room service was excellent.Special thanks to Ceylan Hanim from public relations for here candid conversation and interaction to our experience with the hotel services and also to Bilal who assisted us when we checked in and also to Fatima Hanim in Breakfast restaurant who really made an effort to cater to our requests despite language barrier.all in all our appreciations goes to all the staff who made our stay memorable since this is our visit to beautiful Rize.
