酒店設施設備很好，客房裡衞生很乾凈，床品也很舒服，前台服務素質跟不上，實屬星級酒店的設施、服務為0，最要吐槽一下是這家酒店訂房價格，還沒到呢就降價了大幾十元，現在才明白衹能在30分鐘內可取消訂單的用意在這裏，早餐比較簡單，洗手池的水涓涓細流可費勁了

再次入住文暢，前台又給升級了房間。
房間很乾凈，床很舒適，電視不小，但忙着玩手機沒開。空調很給力，降温很快，另外房間是地暖冬天肯定很舒服。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水器水量很大，天花板上可見實時水温75℃，贊一個。
開放式停車場超大，酒店大門在旗生態環境局的側面，這次發現進出停車場的坡道加了護欄並貼上了反光貼，用心了。
人常説細節決定成敗，這家店就非常注重細節，焉能不勝出！

挺不錯的，附近就是景區，親子房是套房非常大，大床房也很寬敞，床品睡得很舒服，衞生間也非常大，裝修風格有點像十年前那種豪華大酒店的房間，又新又老的感覺，有點老酒店的奇怪味道，前台還主動詢問早餐問題，得知不吃早餐還退了一部分錢，晚上還熱心給我們推薦了好吃的火鍋，很真誠，一點建議：套房佈局稍微有點不合理，單人床擺在門口，頭頂空調口，衞生間是裝在裏面沒有窗户也沒有找到換氣。但總體是很好的體驗，是旅途中偶然落腳的地方，邊境地區，我甚至還沒有搞清楚旗是個什麼級別就已經走了，但留下了很好的印象，希望能再回來專門玩一玩這裏
