接送機:有接送機服務，提前打電話就行，會安排司機師傅接送機，5分鐘路程。
每次去那邊出差都會預訂這個酒店，出行方便。
服務：服務態度很好
設施：可以
衞生：乾淨整潔

設施：空調一直有聲音，睡眠不好的話容易入睡困難
衞生：特別多瓢蟲，一晚上抓了三個。。。
環境：不好點外賣，做好心理準備

從鄂爾多斯坐飛機出行，因為早班機提前一晚入住，從鄂爾多斯站打車過去還很方便，但因為冬季原因從酒店到市區就不方便了，需要加價打車。酒店一早有送機服務，還是很貼心的。

整個酒店我衹能用垃圾這個詞形容，一句話概括這個酒店唯一的優點就是離機場近，其他的全無。本人一個人去鄂爾多斯旅遊，整個中國我基本都去過，其他國家也去過很多，這個酒店是目前我認為這輩子住的最垃圾的，首先這個地方偏的一家飯店都沒有，前台小哥很年輕 應該就是18.19歲那樣，遇到問題也不太懂，入住第一個房間，酒店電話是壞的，空調是壞的，燈光也是那種半爛半好的，我找了前台，前台小哥給我換了房間，按理説這個時候我不應該寫差評了，結果是新換的房間，衞生間 水龍頭一點熱水沒有！！早上晚上都沒熱水，***一個沒熱水的酒店？新換的房間，衞生也不好，空調倒是可以了，但是一點都不暖和，開30度不如我家開25度的空調。總結一句話，整個酒店送機還可以，就離機場近這一個優點，其他的在人認知裏的全都是缺點！！我尋思鄂爾多斯也不窮啊，為啥不追求生活品質？這種酒店在我們哪裡別説4星了，撐死2星，跟小破旅館一個等級。

別的都可接受，唯獨接受不了冷冰冰的服務態度，可能是機場酒店從不缺客人，自家酒店的前台24小時站着營業，從來不知道前台人員可以從容坐着接待客户

服務：非常好 前台小姐姐給延遲退房到下午倆點，方便趕飛機。
