My stay was comfortable and I renewed my stay for another night. The hotel's buffet breakfast had many varieties and was filling and delicious. I didn’t feel hungry after visiting Genghis Khan’s Mausoleum all morning. It was also quick and easy to go to the train station and book a ride-hailing service this morning.

I stayed in a 3-person room and provided 2 pairs of slippers. I called the front desk 3 times but no one delivered them. Toiletries and toothbrushes were provided for 2 people and no one at the front desk took care of them. Poor service attitude, hung up the phone immediately. There is no anti-slip mat in the bathroom.
