體驗感極差，驅車趕了一百多公里遊玩，到了以後，前台沒人給開房，等了很久，才來給開房，這根本就不是酒店，好像是個什麼公寓，怕是就因為當天有大型活動，才割韭菜的吧！到了房間房門打不開，又下樓找前台的，前台的上來，服務也不好，房間裏面只有兩瓶水，洗髮水，沐浴露，香皂，沒有，吹風機沒有，前台的説，就是沒給準備，導致自己又點外賣，買了香皂，洗髮水！晚上11點多回來，房門依然打不開，再次下樓找前台，再次給開門，服務態度極差！若不是太累，時間太晚，直接退房！反正就是服務態度差，洗漱用品沒有！住了很多酒店了，這個是極差，極差！相當差！慎入住！

樓下就是市政廳 位置很好 晚上週圍很安靜 酒店很新 衞生很好 高層視野開闊 唯一的缺點是當晚房間空調不製冷 不知道其他房間是不是這樣

酒店環境安靜，風景很好，類似酒店公寓式管理，前台沒人，需要打電話聯繫，早餐也不在公寓裏，買了早餐劵但是找不到早餐地點，等了半個小時才有人過來，前台不是24小時值守，很不方便。體驗感不好
