This time I checked in, one of the few people who gave me a bad review, I booked because the hotel has a swimming pool. I went swimming at 8:15 in the evening and was told that the pool would be cleared at 8:30, even though the swimming pool is open until 9:00 , but clearly told me that I couldn’t swim! Also, the soundproofing of the hotel room was very poor. The noise in the corridor caused the sensor light in my room to light up from time to time! The entire hotel is very large, and the corridors are long but lack signs. When you get out of the room, you can't even find the lobby! When I went down to the first floor, I couldn’t see the lobby! Also, the drop-off area at the entrance of the hotel is inexplicably blocked by railings. Guests are not allowed to get on or off. They can only drag their suitcases up and down the steps to the roadside. It feels like the square in front of a train station! I have seen how a hotel with such a remote location and not putting customer experience first can be opened!

The room is fully equipped and spacious, but the hotel bedding has a bit of a smell. I hope it can be improved in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Parking is easy. Good service. Rich breakfast. The local specialties for dinner were good and the portions were generous.
