I only visited several times the spa, I have not yet stayed overnight in the hotel. But the spa is simply fantastic, I like it very much. Although I could not yet swim in the pond, because with 14,4° Celsius, the water was too cold for me. But the hotel is not to blame for that, as it is a natural pond. The employees from the spa are very nice, friendly and helpful. And, last but not least, the food served in this spa ist simply the best I ever have tasted in any spa I ever visited. I know what I am talking about as I have visited countless spas throughout Germany and Luxembourg. So thumbs up for this wonderful spa. I am lucky that I live only 20 minutes away from this hotel, so I am able to come back very often.

I had the privilege of staying at this spa resort for 26 days in the Water Lily Cottage. Although this Hotel is rated 4 stars I believe it should be rated 5 stars. This resort is located in the countryside near Spangdahlem. The room and cottage was perfect. Very clean with a beautiful, remodeled bathroom and small patio outside that is right beside the lily pad pond. The hotel and restaurant is 5 star quality. The staff in particular make the accommodations seem more luxurious. Maria at the front desk was always helpful. Andrea Forberg in the dinning room always brought me coffee immediately in the mornings knowing I had to get to work. Mr. Chatzigeorgiou always making sure everything was in perfect order for the restaurant. The pet swans were very friendly and added to the fairy tale enchantment this place holds with it's guest. The spa is top notch with all the amenities of a 5 star spa. There are so many places on this property to relax, reflect and enjoy. It would be a perfect romantic getaway for couples. I felt very at home here for my length of stay and I would love to come back again in the future.

die Lage: In einem einsamen Tal an einem kleinen Bachlauf mitten in der Eifel Richtung Belgien; umgeben von leicht bewältigbaren Wanderwegen (teilweise nicht immer gut ausgeschildert; Komoot o.ä. empfiehlt sich), mehreren kleinen Weihern und ganz in der Nähe (ca. 1,5 km) des Klosters Himmerod. das Hotel: Schönes, altehrwürdiges Gebäude, eine ehemalige Erzhütte mit stilvollem Ambiente. Absolutes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich (aussen) mit einer neuen nordischen Saunahütte (holzbefeuert) direkt am Naturteich und einem Ruhepavillion mit Freiterasse. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer (bis auf die günstigste Kategorie war alles ausgebucht) war absolut in Ordnung; top sauber, Bett mit guter Matratze, Holzfussboden und separatem Bad inkl. (kleiner) Dusche. die Kulinarik: Das Menü war pfiffig, ausnahmslos sehr sehr lecker und mit guten Zutaten; ein sehr großes Lob auch an die Flexibilität der Küche (glutenfrei und vegetarisch überhaupt kein Problem). Wir waren bereits in vielen Häusern (Deutschland, Schweiz), aber die Leistung der Küche hier ist (in diesem Preissegment) fast unvergleichlich genial. Bonus: gute Weinkarte (Deutschland, Frankreich und - was ich persönlich nicht brauche - auch Übersee) und eine urgemütliche Kaminstube mit offenem Feuer. der Service: Sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Auch hier ein großes Lob. Resümee: Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder; wirklich empfehlenswert.

Perfekt für ein entspanntes Wellness-Wochenende in schöner Natur! Die Sauna direkt am See zum Abkühlen ist ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst ist wellnessmäßig viel geboten! Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderwege. Das 4-Gänge-Menü am Abend und auch das Frühstück bieten reichlich und leckere Auswahl. Vor allem der Service ist vorbildlich und sehr entgegenkommend! Herzlichen Dank!

Wunderbar gelegen und absolut ruhig. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönes Wellnessbereich und eine Sauna am Badeteich mit traumhafter Aussicht. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Getränkepreise sind recht hoch. Eine Restaurantterrasse wie sie schöner nicht sein kann. Was für eine Aussicht.

Personnel toujours accueillant. Les chambres sont confortables. Le balcon est un plus, au calme. Le petit déjeuner est varié et est pris dans une verrière lumineuse. Ce cadre est parfait. Les thermes sont très agréables et augmentent la cote de l'hôtel. Elles sont suffisamment vastes, dans un cadre naturel. Les alentours invitent à la promenade.
