Eine besonders familiäre Atmosphäre! Einfach nur schön! Alle Mitarbeiter sind SUPER freundlich! Die Zimmer sind schön groß! Leider aber überall mit Teppich ausgelegt. Das Bett war für mich wirklich sehr bequem - keine Spur von durchgelegen! Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Rund um das Hotel gibt es als Sehenswürdigkeit lediglich die beiden Burgruinen - sonst nichts! Tiefstes Allgäu! Das ist nichts schlechtes - man muss es nur wissen. Sie sollten, auf jeden Fall einen Fön mit Power von zuhause mitbringen. Der bestehende Fön ist eher ein Lüftchen. Und, mir hat bei solch einem , so finde ich, hochpreisigen Hotel, ein Wasserkocher (kleine Kaffeebar) auf dem Zimmer gefehlt. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich super schön und gemütlich!

Wir waren 1 Woche im Gockelwirt und waren begeistert. Wir hatten eine Suite mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Alles sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Das Essen war durchweg sehr schmackhaft und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr viele Attraktionen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Wanderwege sind bestens zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Servicepersonal.
