It's more like a B&B than a hotel. The owner and his family also live here. It's a 15-minute walk from Eindhoven Station. I checked in at 10pm. This area is a residential area at night, so it's a little hard to find!
The bed is very comfortable! I slept very well!

Found out about this small hotel from someone who had recently stayed there, it was relatively easy to find when using a SatNav but without would be more difficult because it looks like an ordinary house in an ordinary street in a housing estate in the Netherlands. Other than that all was friendly and helpful breakfast was of the continental variety, so no problem there. Dinner on the night of arrival wasn't as straight forward but the town centre is only 15mins walk away, so was easily solved. The only problem we had was parking, albeit on a street, car wise was easy, you just abandon it anywhere but we were on a motorcycle, a little more difficult. We managed to get it in the front garden eventually but i didn't bust the indicator...Honest! Would we go back, Yes but not with the bike.
