The breakfast buffet is very good and delicious. The renovated room has a large TV and jacuzzi. The beautiful pool is open year-round, although occasionally closed due to weather.

We stayed in October 2022 in a VIP suite, the largest and most expensive suite type. It was about 1000 shekels or about $300 a night. The room was recently renovated (inc. a 72-inch television and jacuzzi) and in good condition. But note this is not the Hilton Tel Aviv, nor is it intended to be - it's more rustic. Nevertheless, our standards are high and it met them. The Kibbutz in lovely and has a great pool (which closed for the winter the day before we arrived even though the outside temp was over 80 degrees C! Yes, annoying.) Also note the Kibbutz is built into a hill, so you better either have a car or be in good shape! We had neither but survived. (Some of the Kibbutz residence are happy to offer a ride in their golf carts.) The food is good - both breakfast and dinner. The Kibbutz has a guide (Meyer) who was excellent and not expensive ($350/day, inc. car) and he took us all over the southern Galilee. There's lots to do - the Gilboa Mountains, warm springs, zoos, gliding, hot-air balloons, and of course plenty of historical sites - ancient and more recent. We can strongly recommend staying here and using Meyer as a guide. Why not 5 stars? For that, I demand perfection. But this place offers excellent value.

We stayed in the deluxe suits, they were a whopping 2000 Shekels a night, this would be acceptable if you get your money’s worth, the rooms were nicely decorated but filthy ( hairs on bed, dirty drawers, dust, windows so dirty you can hardly see the view through them), no toiletries whatsoever not even a tissue box. The appliances in the room are the cheapest kind you can find. The kibbutz has a nice pool but it’s far from the rooms, we gad to drive there. Breakfast was abysmal, very poor selection, nothing looked fresh.

My family of 10 people (2 families of 4 + 2 grandparents) and it was fantastic in every way. The breakfast buffet was immense and delicious. The cabins were so cool and sapcious -- much more spacious than we expected. Even the balconies are big. And there is so much to do in the area: beautiful nature, historical sites, and if you're lucky: joining local 'kibbutz' guides to pick produce (we got to pick pomellos from trees). We had beautiful weather and temperatures in the 60s and 70s (Fahrenheit) so that helped our stay be even more enjoyable.
