The hotel is full of contrasts. The food is awesome and fresh, but the wait for breakfast to be seated is 10-20 minutes (this is a hotel, not a restaurant, and it is breakfast). And the placements set by default are sometimes dirty, and you need to explicitly ask for a clean placement. The rooms are excellent, clean and have good noise cancellation. But for that purpose the entryway is just barely wide enough for a baby stroller, in a family room. And the main door is a blast door, inconvenient. Kids club doesn't open on time. When we had an issue with the interconnected doors between the room units it took about 40 minutes to get a response. Maid service and logistics (baby cot, baby bath) are excellent. Some staff members barely speak Hebrew and English, and that's also inconvenient.

Overall a great experience The breakfasts were varied and delicious and Friday night was excellent. One of us was vegan and there was plenty of options. The kids club was great. I took 4 four rooms for four nights for our family holiday The family rooms were large and the regular rooms were fine. However I have 2 comments One of the family rooms only had a pull out bed in the second bedroom and not a proper double bed. It was fine for us as 2 small kids slept on it but any older kids may find it uncomfortable. In addition one night the music from the neighboring hotel was so loud it was impossible to sleep until past one in the morning. All the people on my floor and above complained to reception and the police but it didn’t help.

One of the best places in Eilat, the place give you the perfect experience to relax and enjoy the place. The food is excellent and also the bar is great. I recommend the guest to eat not only breakfast but also dinner at the hotel the wide range of options is fantastic.

Nice Facility , staff not friendly I provided bad feedback about paid dinner for vegetarian to a manager in the hotel , no one got back to me Reported to customer service representative on the day after, she promised issue will be handled More than a week passed and no one got back to me. It used to be a good hotel, maybe the war caused degradation of service.

We LOVED our three night stay at Agamim in Eilat. We are a couple and took a short break after a stressful year. The pool area is BEAUTIFUL. Just gorgeous, sprawling, clean, well maintained, even with a full hotel you can find space to sit and relax. The food was outstanding, the entire complex very clean, and we liked the location not on the main boardwalk area, but accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. They have a small well air-conditioned workout room, and every room faces the pool. We really loved the hotel with the main feature being the beautiful pool complex. We look forward to returning soon!

I was staying at the hotel with my family for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Clean and cosy rooms, great pool area and delicious breakfasts and dinners. We loved it! The ice mall is located nearby and the sea is in around 10 min walk from the hotel.

I just have to say this is my third time staying at this hotel, and probably will be my last one, we booked aroom by the pool, and music was playing so loud from other rooms who had speakers its against the hotel policy we complained but unfortunately nothing happened, the food during the week end was abysmal, nothing to eat if you are not Sabbatarian even coffee is not served on Saturday and off course we had to pay full price for the meal and we found ourselves eating outside the hotel during the weekend, at this price i wouldn’t recommend this hotel plenty of other hotels who are better in Eilat at this prices.
