I am from America and came to Israel to visit my son and his family. We went to Eilat for one day and choose this hotel because it was budget friendly. There were 5 adults and 1 baby. Our room had two beds, each bed in its own room with a door. One room had a bed and a small cot. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom ( shower and toilet) is small but clean. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Although the shower does have doors, if you aren’t careful, water will get everywhere. The air conditioner works nice snd that’s important espresso in July. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel between 17.5 and 21.5. The hotel is outdated, the dining room is reasonable and the pool is standard. However the customer service is very poor. We booked a room for 2 people, arrived two co-workers, got a room with a double bed. We were told to call room service and they would come and split the beds. We called, the guy who arrived said that the beds can not be changed because the base does not allow it in the room and if you want you can arrange the sofa bed as a bed - in the same breath he recommended calling the reception to change our room. I went to the reception, I mentioned the situation, the clerk could not help and referred me to the hotel manager - she just shouted at me that I should not come to her or contact her, I told her that the receptionist referred me to her so I came - it did not really interest her. Realizing that another room I was not really going to get, I asked the room service to arrange the sofa for the bed. Room service arrived again and brought us a blanket sheet and pillow. I called customer service, said I did not pay less than any guest at the hotel, why should one of us sleep on a couch ?? The employee told me she had nothing to do, I asked a principal to get back to me. To this day (after the holiday) I am waiting for the same call. We slept with two adults when one was in bed and one on a couch (that could not be opened!) For an entire vacation. Another point, you can also get- Room with a view of the garbage cans and a wake-up call at 7 a.m. with a truck coming to evacuate them.

AArzaH1The hotel has an underground parking. Spacious rooms with a nice size balcony, big TV, safe box, fridge, coffee machine with capsules and a desk. The hotel design is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and responsive. We were staying at the Vitalis - the hotel's health branch where no cellular calls allowed on public areas, and no kids as well. We can have meals at either sides of the hotel and the food is fresh, varied and delicious in both dining rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool and a spacious tanning area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful.

GGuest User(1) The location: Good (2) The food: Very good, prepared well, & a variety (3) We stayed in a room on the 8th floor, positioned over hotel physical things which caused so much noise that we couldn't open the porch door because of the noise. I asked the hotel to move us, they said that the hotel is full & there's no available room. Fortunately we came as part of a group, so we complained to the group director, she called the hotel & they found a room & moved us. (4) The previous room & the new rooms are inadequately lit. There are no lights attached to the ceiling. (5) In the first room there was alight standing on the floor which provided some needed light. But this light was missing in the 2nd room. I complained to the front desk & they confirmed that this light should have been there & that she'd take care of it. But no light came. I complained 2 or 3 additional times but no light showed up. I should add that this is our 4th day here & we'll leave tomorrow. (6) Bring your own body lotion because the hotel doesn't provide any.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is decent enough and in a good area and all the major areas of Eilat are accessible, with shops and restaurants well within walking distance of the hotel. The room was decent and fairly sized and all the in room amenities were good. The breakfast was also nice with a wide variety and well presented. Where did the hotel fall short. When our room was serviced the beside were not made the duvets were just thrown out over the maters not at all remade. The main thing and it’s simple to fix , the staff were rude , disinterested and barely smiled. I would say they scowled more then anything. The front desk staff were the nicest of the lot but the lady that requested your room number for breakfast was literally so rude I was shocked. The other negative was the parking area for the hotel and the reception area outside of the hotel were filthy. Litter everywhere and no care that it’s the hotel grounds. For what you are paying I thought it was genuinely average.

GGuest UserPros (many) Shiran, Vivi, Sivan reception attendants were professional ++ Price: even cheaper than Eilat youth Hostel with a full breakfast 1. Room Basic But Spacious + Kettle, coffee, tea, big fridge + Bathroom with really strong pressure and very hot water which is great 2. Parking + 25sh/day but enough free spaces not far, easy to find (I found 3 different areas very close or close enough) 3. Good/Bad (depending on your preferences) Location: right at the center of Eilat 4. Free Sunbeds 20min walk till Maman Beach, but then... free 5. Breakfast ++ very good, great diversity No tailor made espresso nor eggs but then for this price what you get is way more than expected Just look at the attached pictures Cons (many as well) Shiran, Vivi, Sivan reception attendants were just professional, not really nice nor pleasant Room: just Basic 1. Noise - one of the worst hotels ever Not soundproof at all: I even heard my neighbors' alarm clock at 4:50Workers and neighbors spoke loudly and even shouted in the very long corridor. They felt obliged to share their joy and happiness when coming back from a restaurant or nightclub at 12pm, 1am, 2am and up till 4am...awful Fortunately I had brought my earplugs with me. 2.Window and Curtain There is Always some light. No real darkness Fortunately I had brought my sleeping mask 3. TV hardly visible: less than 10 stations but worse, quality was awful) 4. Location: not really close to from the beach (10min walk when …hot) 15-20min walk till the sun beds on Maman Beach, but then again … free But then again... you'll have to cope with rap music or worse ”wailing” middle eastern music, at full volume of course. Not everyone cup of tea Bottom line: for the price and breakfast otherwise...
