The villa offers a spacious, well-equipped space with a beautiful pool, cozy interior, and ample storage. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds and family-friendly atmosphere with river views.

The lodge is very spacious. However, I was unhappy with the service, and the food was not value for money. I would have appreciated some empathy and better communication regarding my son's incident.

The lodge is beautiful and cleaned. On arrival there were some black insects on the floor upstairs in the room due to some windows left open. Despite that, two people came to help us cleaning the house and checking the windows and the problem was sorted in a few hours. The people that come to clean the house, the pool and the garden are really friendly and nice. The only thing I am not happy with is the game drive with the guides provided by Elephant point. We managed to see more animals driving around by ourselves just following the tips of other people than with the guides. I honestly assumed (also considering the expensive price of the game drive) that the guides would have been more informed and could have shared information about animals sites but we were either very unlucky or the game drives not structured well enough. The food provided during the game drives doesn’t live up to expectations too. A complaint is that the last day before the checkout, the housekeepers came to clean the apartment at 9 am, basically chasing us while we were packing. I would have expected them to come and clean after our checkout. And they made us inspect the house for a missing body cream that we didn’t take, probably was just moved to another room or floor. The thing was a bit intense. I recommend this place, just not sure if the game drives are worth the price.
