I travelled 77 countries and I stayed many hotels but I can say that this hotel is my favorite!!
We kept talking we are happy because we stay this hotel.
and the hotel staff David was very kind and professional.
He helped us and gave all the information we needed. Thank you David .
Everything was perfect!! My mom was so happy to stay in this hotel. We rested so comfortably and relaxed .

Super bad experience! It is a small private family workshop. The boss has a very bad attitude. He does not accept any communication at all and handles problems coldly and violently. The road was temporarily closed due to weather conditions. The only road to the hotel was blocked by the police. The hotel was unable to be reached due to external force majeure. Ctrip also stated that a full refund can be negotiated in similar situations. After many negotiations with the store, I expressed my 200% sincerity in the hope that we could negotiate a solution, even if part of the room fee was deducted. However, the store's attitude was always bad, and in the end, they even refused to answer the phone at all and directly deducted more than 2,000 yuan. Night. The actual check-in experience is really unpleasant, but this type of store may not be any better. I hope that friends who want to choose this company will be careful! Iceland has a changeable weather, a sparsely populated area, and the ugliness of human nature will only make your journey feel extremely cold.
