We love staying at Quality Inn in Effingham. My brother lives in Effingham and we like to visit. Our kids love playing in the pool and everyone is so polite. The breakfast is one of the better hotel breakfast's we've eaten at. Always clean, too!

Decent hotel, however, highway noise is very noticeable and flooring on the second floor is not muffled.

The room was very clean and updated. The staff at checkin helped us get a room on the first floor after we realized there wasn’t an elevator.

We needed a first floor room because of our daughter’s oxygen equipment and had no trouble getting help to accommodate us. Our room was wonderful and spacious for all of the equipment we have to carry. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.

Everything was great! Just wish there were better pillows. Pure we’re very small and lumpy. We had a king bed and would have been better with bigger and not so worn out . For the cost we paid I’m sure they can afford to pay for new pillows! Breakfast was great!

Front office and hallways smelled of stale tobacco smoke. The room wasn't as strong. Running the AC helped some after a couple of hours. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel fare.
