We did a two night stay at this hotel and found our room uncleaned after the first night. When I complained, they said they only clean the rooms twice a week due to Covid. Thought covid was well over by now. Would have been good to know prior to going. I wrote to the corporate people, who referred me to the actual hotel, who wrote back to say they were "sorry" and they would talk to the employees and hoped our next stay would be better? Really? I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never had a room not cleaned. Needless to say, Marriott doesnt care about its customers, and I would highly recommend finding another hotel to stay at. One that perhaps cleans your room each night. I informed both the corporate office as well as the hotel itself, that I would not consider any of their hotels on future travels.
