在黑山頭小鎮上這家是唯一設施設備最好的酒店，（如果你喜歡住蒙古包例外）房間也比較寬敞，令人驚訝的是房間還有小度語音智能系統，裝修比較現代，較新。服務也很熱情，去大草原旅遊必推薦的住宿點。

提前預訂的五樓木式標間，乾淨衞生，房間很大，前台的小美女服務態度非常好！找酒店聯繫的馬場，騎馬觀落日當天下雨，但雨後的落日晚霞格外美麗。

該酒店在黑山頭鎮中心位置，由於地理位置比較偏僻和季節性旅遊的原因，造成物價相對偏高！但服務態度差就是管理方面的問題了！特別是餐廳服務，跟920元一天的房費很不匹配！性價比較差！有計劃入住此酒店的遊客慎重選擇。

前台小妹熱情細心，客房寬敞明亮，配套設施高端大氣，客房亮點是裝有空調和供暖沒備，電視有電視牆，客房牆上掛有圖畫，很有文藝氛圍，衞生間乾淨防滑，冷熱水供應充足，洗漱用品齊全。
