強烈推薦大家來古納辦理入住，跟別的酒店真的不一樣，房間特別的乾淨 服務人員的態度也很熱情
最重要一點是房間沒有異味，床單被罩都是新的。
酒店的洗漱用品也特好用。真的超讚👍🏻一級棒

內蒙東部的住宿都很差，這個酒店是差中之差了。
1.設施：廁所沒有乾濕分離。水管子一放熱水，就出黃湯子。可見已經很久沒有清理過熱水器了。每個人衹能洗澡20分鐘，就沒熱水了。房間到處貼着，要是拼床罰款100，空調口掛衣服罰款100，讓人感到非常不適。
2.服務：對住宿1天以上的客人，居然中途沒有打掃服務，垃圾也不收，礦泉水也不補。問原因是怕進人丟失貴重物品。
3.早餐：非常非常的差。差到讓人一看就想回頭走。
雖然是旅遊旺季，住宿那麼貴我們都能理解，但是否能夠提高一下酒店各方面的素質？讓人很無語
