這次入住[酒店名稱]真的太驚喜了！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到無微不至的服務，工作人員熱情又專業，有問必答，讓人如沐春風。房間佈置得十分温馨舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，躺上去一天的疲憊瞬間消散。而且設施齊全，衞生間乾淨，洗浴用品都是高品質的。酒店的餐飲也很棒，早餐種類豐富，味道超讚。總之，各方面都無可挑剔，強烈推薦給大家！

必須鋭評一下，我住的豪華標間308，問題很多：1.進門的地磚就是裂的，踩上去都鬆動了2.房間頂燈極其昏暗，像進了冷宮，這點非常影響入住體驗3.電視櫃旁邊的插線板有點接觸不良，電池充電充一半居然斷了4.廁所塑料拖鞋有一衹壞了5.房間裏沒礦泉水6.房間不知道怎麼進了個很大的蒼蠅好評就一個：酒店早餐的粥還行

劣質的服務枉費了“天元大酒店的”名號，這樣的服務不配稱之為“大酒店”。
我們是十二位七十歲左右的長者，在攜程上定了六個標間，可能因為價格比他們酒店線下便宜，所以得到了冷漠的接待和不公正的待遇：
一，我們在攜程上定的183元的標間，酒店居然説不提供純凈水 ，我們衹能自己花錢去超市購買。
二，提供的洗漱用具請大家看看，梳子像鼻涕軟塌塌，梳一下頭就彎了，牙刷和梳子同款。
三，把原有的沐浴露和洗髮液收藏起來，換成了劣質產品。
如此這般的騷操作令人作嘔，其實受傷害的不僅僅是我們這些旅客，更重要的是你們自己損害了你們酒店的聲譽，如果評論可以有零分我們一定會賞給你們一個大大的零分
出來旅行受到這樣的不公正對待是對我們的侮辱。
希望有關部門對這樣的酒店予以治理，免得更多的旅客被欺辱。

酒店中規中矩，房間挺大的，也比較安靜，床品都比較舒服，提供2瓶水。附近賣東西的吃飯的地方也不少。早餐有水果，奶茶（很淡），炒菜涼菜，一直都會及時添加，不會出現空盤。
缺點是淋浴噴頭水太小了，以及旅遊季價格真是太高了！！
