The road in Shiwei was closed and we had to take a temporary detour to Ergun. We booked a hotel. It looked a bit old, but the hygiene and service were generally good, and there was heating. The hotel also provided free breakfast.

When traveling to Ergun (Labudalin) in winter, we chose to stay at Mengxing Hotel. The hotel has an elevator, which is convenient for us to take large luggage. The room is well heated (it was so hot that we had to open the window), 24-hour hot water (I didn't see an electric water heater), clean and tidy. The facilities and environment are considered luxurious hotels in the local area, and next to it is the most beautiful Russian building. It is so beautiful when the lights are on at night. Recommended!

Mengxing Hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in Ergun. The front desk also upgraded the room type. The heating in Ergun seems not very good this year, but Mengxing is really warm. It is worth mentioning that it is really 24-hour hot water, which brings a warm feeling in the cold winter. I will stay here again next time I go
