升級了有窗的房間，很新很新的酒店，地板超級潔白乾凈！感覺非常舒適！窗外就是廣場，視野很好！下午到晚上餐廳一直有自助點心，還有超大電視，而且播放的還是我愛的喜人！早餐也很不錯。唯二美中不足的：房間電視投屏還要付五元錢？以及內蒙的暖氣太熱了，衹能開製冷中央空調對沖。。。

這麼大的酒店，外觀挺好看，房間裏面甲醛味道很重，薰得不行，衞生也不行，床單枕套還有臟污和頭髮，給前台打電話話還沒説完就給掛了，最後衹給換了枕套，解釋説他們的四件套都是送出去洗的，換四件套的人都是臨時請的外援？？意思就是都是臨時工的鍋。。。然後停車場壞了，衹能停到過一個紅綠燈拐彎的地方，不方便，總之不推薦

酒店今年開業的，設施完善，老闆是上海人，許多地方考慮得很周到。房間小冰箱提供免費飲料，下午2點到晚上9點有免費下午茶提供，有啤酒、俄羅斯伏特加、蒙古鍋茶、自製老酸奶，還有水果、炒飯及炒麪等，早餐特別豐盛，煎牛排、餡餅肉質鮮美，甚至有南方人喜歡的糯米藕和炒小油菜，配備健身房、游泳池和洗衣房，早上出門時發現自駕車也給洗了，好感爆棚。有個小建議：淋浴房可以配塊腳墊，防滑防涼。

第一感覺是所有服務人員的態度都非常熱情，有求必應，房間乾淨整潔，設施較新，確實是當地的高檔酒店。到達酒店前台時正趕上當地停電和餐廳臨時施工，入住後感覺房間暖氣太熱，畢竟才9月初，但工作人員馬上解決了。餐廳在半地下，可能到了旅行旺季尾聲，並沒有享受到評論區所説的豐盛早餐，不過酸奶、點心和啤酒真不錯。體驗雖未達到預期，但作為一個季節性較強的旅遊酒店，已經不錯了

在額爾古納市區應該算比較好的一家酒店，評分也高，房間佈局合理，雖然面積不大，但很精緻，比較乾淨，出去吃飯比較方便，特別酒店旁邊的那家菜館性價比特別高，口味也非常不錯，價格便宜。必須在這裏提一下的是，912房間洗澡水非常小，叫了師傅無法解決，不過酒店馬上又給我開了房間洗澡，態度非常誠懇，所以我給了五星好評，出點差錯也是難免的，態度非常重要。希望以後不要出現這樣的事情，畢竟旺季房價貴好幾倍，給這樣的體檢不能接受的。

服務態度很好但是浴室洗髮露和沐浴露都是空的三條浴袍沒有一條浴袍是乾淨的，浴袍這麼基礎明顯的衞生都弄不乾淨，何況是那些看不到的衞生

新酒店，房間較大，用品舒適。下午茶很不錯，除了糕點、水果、飲品，還有簡餐，可以當晚餐吃了。看了一下酒店泳池，水很乾凈，可惜沒帶泳衣。應該是當地最好的酒店了，物有所值。
