Very friendly and helpful counter staff, it’s ok if you are just use it as a stopover place to catch up your sleep. Many restaurants around anyway Erguna is just a one street town with some fantastic buildings.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before! ! Darlings, please avoid pitfalls 1⃣️ We were given a standard room for the double room we booked. We originally thought about forgetting it, but later on we really couldn’t stand the smell of the standard room! So we told the front desk that we ordered a large bed! 2⃣️When entering the room, I swiped the door card several times but it could not be opened. The door was broken. 3⃣️When I entered the door, I saw that the towels in the bathroom on the right were extremely dirty, as shown in the picture! It's like it hasn't been washed! The room hygiene is even more dirty and poor 4⃣️There is not even a bottle of mineral water that the hotel should have! There are no toilet paper towels, and the toilet paper towels are also very thin and poor as you would imagine. I booked a large bed room at 5⃣️ and found something was wrong. I opened it and saw that it was two small beds joined together! false promotion! 6⃣️What’s even more speechless is that at six o’clock the next day, I heard someone knocking on the door: calling for breakfast! Knocked three times, every 10 minutes! So speechless! I ordered no breakfast, and it was not a group meeting... 7⃣️No fire protection facilities
