我們預訂的是一間家庭房，房間設計很人性化，床品衞浴都很乾凈，前台服務人員也很熱情，兒子丟了一包衣物，也幫忙寄回了家。後續也找服務人員給買了一些特產，她們很貼心的幫忙講價，一點都不嫌麻煩。人很友善，房間住的也非常舒適。

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台服務效率高。有問題找到前台都解決的，推薦了美食和景色優美的地方。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。餐廳衞生乾淨吃起來很放。早餐有咖啡 茶包 酸奶 果汁，特色的羊雜湯。

房間很大，設施非常新而且齊全，衞生非常好，這個對我來説特別重要，懼怕蟲子的人出行對房間是否乾燥整潔要求較高，在這休息就非常安心。入住時給升級了家庭房，很貼心的準備了禮物，內容還挺豐富的。前台美女經理非常熱情，有什麼需要都可以找她諮詢。另外，早餐吃的也不錯，咖啡十分提神。

這家可能是額爾古納市裡最好的酒店了~！！
雖然旺季價格也不低，但在這個區域裏，已經性價比很好！
✔️停車很方便，酒店門口一排車位，直接停，直接拿行李進入，最喜歡這樣的酒店
✔️雖然沒有什麼大堂，前台區域很小，裝修也一般，但是上到客房樓層，你會驚喜地發現，好像星級酒店似的，檔次和體感升級不少
✔️房間空間很大，擺放了1.35雙床，還有那麼大的空間可以任意使用，十個行李箱都可以躺平在這裏
✔️沙發位置也很舒適，多出了個客廳的感覺
✔️衣櫃裏面直接備了兩個枕頭，已經替住客想到這些問題了，不錯
✔️馬桶是智能坐廁板的，腳踢沖廁，太方便了
✔️浴室有特意加裝上橫樑，可以給住客洗衣後晾乾衣服，太貼心了
✔️花灑太驚訝！！有温度顯示，用水時長，四種出水方式，太好了
✔️風筒是戴森同款，吹頭髮也特別容易幹，比其他酒店旅館的風筒好太多了
前台姐姐辦理入住很爽快，態度也很好！
整體住宿體驗感槓槓滴~~為旅程添加了好心情！

早餐豐富 有酸奶蘋果汁咖啡，還有當地特色羊雜湯，看了一圈是當地比較好的酒店了，接待大廳雖然小了點，在這個優越的地理位置上還是可以接受的，樓下就是大超市可以滿足路程中的所有補給，臨近美食街 美食街的盡頭還可以看到日落，房間裏給配備了耳塞 我們住的房間很大，床品也很乾凈 在呼倫貝爾地區正是旅遊旺季的時候，所有酒店價格都偏高，希望冬天來的時候價格會可觀一些

額爾古納雲頓酒店太讚了！到店居然免費升級了房間，空間超大還乾淨，窗外風景超美。臨走時行李太多，前台主動幫忙發了快遞，全程貼心又高效。服務細節滿滿，住得特別舒心，性價比超高，必須五星好評，下次來還選這！

酒店挺新，設施挺新，打掃的也算乾淨。整個額爾古納市區不大，所以位置什麼的也不重要～樓下有個大超市，旅途中補給方便～
房間超級不隔音，如果運氣不好遇到個不自覺的鄰居，呵呵，自行想象腦補一下～～
早餐難吃～酒店電梯裏廣告推薦的那家飯店，也很難吃！聽勸，別去

房間開始網絡不好，後來超級好的服務人員幫忙解決了，房間設施一般，洗澡要注意留意時間，早飯挺豐盛，性價比一般，畢竟價格擺在那裡。希望房間設施在入住前能檢驗一下確認好沒問題在辦理入住。
