I stayed here with my son whilst in the area. The Manor house is an amazing place, with good hearty breakfasts prepared by Ann each morning. Early starts are not an issue for them and also they can provide an evening meal. I would recommend that you do as both Leon and Ann are amazing cooks. I will certainly not hesitate to stay here again and do heartily recommend this accommodation.

L'offre smart box et le site Tripadvisor, laissent penser qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. Nous avions une smart box offert par nos enfants que nous n'avons finalement pas pu utiliser dans cet établissement. Une halte sur le chemin du retour de vacances était prévue à cet endroit. Mais arrivés vers 17h nous étions les seuls clients, la propriétaire des lieux nous annonce un diner à 20h et un petit déjeuner à 9h30 . Impossible pour nous qui devions reprendre la route vers 8h30. Elle nous suggère de prendre le petit déjeuner à la boulangerie en ville.... Le lieu improbable n'a rien d'un superbe domaine et la propriétaire n'a rien d'une "châtelaine" Nous avons donc bien entendu perdu les sommes engagées pour la smart box. A fuir........

Belle bâtisse très agréable, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes, une table généreuse avec une cuisine de terroirs, un régal. Ambiance conviviale, un plaisir de se retrouver autour de la table. Petits-déjeuners copieux, œufs au bacon, viennoiseries, confitures maison…..

Magnifique week-end pour notre "lune de pacs" de 2 nuits en amoureux dans le domaine de La Faisanderie, dans la Chambre de la Mer près de la piscine. Nous souhaitions nous déconnecter dans un cadre loin du monde. Nous avons été servis. Et bien au delà de nous espérances. La propriété est magnifique, la chambre superbe et les châtelains sont des personnes extraordinaires qui nous ont non seulement proposé des repas d'une déliciosité rare, accompagnés de vins de très grande qualité, mais ils nous ont aussi littéralement transportés hors du temps en nous partageant leur propre histoire ainsi que celles de leurs impressionnants arbres généalogiques. Difficile de revenir à la réalité après un séjour comme celui-ci. Merci de tout coeur à vous 2. Bien à vous. Éric & Jocelyne

Petite pépite, cette faisanderie : non seulement l'accueil a été excellent, les propriétaires adorables et très disponibles, mais en outre, les chambres sont très agréables et propres (la nôtre près de la piscine). Le petit déjeuner est somptueux, pancakes maison, oeufs au bacon, jus d'orange frais, le tout sous la marquise dans un très beau cadre. Nous recommandons particulièrement le dîner : un festin savoureux de produits locaux, cuisinés maison.
