"We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus."

"The hotel is far from the city and less than ten minutes drive from the West Edmonton Mall. The shopping mall has a large space, but it is not as huge as imagined, mainly because the landscape water system outside the business occupies the line of sight. The hotel is located on the side of the road, the surrounding environment is relatively secluded, there is no other business or place for walking.
