"Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff! We stayed here one year ago and loved it so much we came back the next time we came to Edmonton. We loved everything, modern, suites are very well set up. We took advantage of the kitchen! The bathroom is clean and beautiful. My only criticism is the soundproofing could be better. "
"The room is quite big, although the facilities are a bit old, but it is well maintained, clean and meets basic needs. It is near Chinatown, so it is convenient to find food and go to Valley Park, but if you like lively people, I recommend staying near West Edmonton Shopping Mall."

"We arrived late into the night. The front desk processed our reservations promptly. The pool was appropriate in size and well used. Breakfast was pretty standard.....sausages, bacon and eggs. Breakfast area was clean and comfortable. I would come back to this hotel."
"The hotel is good and clean. The rooms are similar to what you see in the photos. Front desk staff is friendly. The rooms had an old coffee maker and the coffee is not the best. At some point they removed the old towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. Overall good experience."
FFlorence LyeStaff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away.
The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton.
I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening.
Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.

红红色井岗山1. The location is not in the city center, it is on the south side. The building is 10 stories high and there are no other high-rise buildings in the surrounding area. It is very suitable for overlooking the sky and the evening glow.
2. The facilities and facilities are quite satisfactory, and the height of the bed is high. This is the standard configuration of North American hotels, and the hardness is moderate, not hard or soft.
3. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, 4404 restaurant is recommended, and there is also a bar service at night. The draft beer inside is local craft beer, which is very authentic.
4, across the wide driveway in front of the hotel, is a shopping and living area, there are North American supermarket Wal-Mart, Chinese supermarket Datonghua, Korean supermarket HMart, as well as Western food, gourmet fast food, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, etc. about 10 restaurants It is quite rich.
5. With free WIFI, you can use it freely, there is no limited speed limit, and there is no problem in watching movies
6. When I went to live at the end of 2019, no one felt like it, and I didn't see a Chinese move in. The front desk staff are all foreigners, all are English-speaking and no Chinese-speaking
7. One flaw is that the faucet from the washbasin has a small water outlet, but the water from the bathtub faucet is very hot.

GGuest UserIt is not bad for 3 stars hotel. The bed sheets are snow white, the room is generally clean, but if you check the dust in hidden places as the back of the TV, or the bed headboard, it is dusty. What I didn't appreciate there was no drinking water. I also had some issues with the door keys. Other than that, I have no complaints. They let me in before 3 pm, it was nice and quit staying.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.
GGuest UserBig new squishy beds with just the right amount of firmness. King bed was so big I was able to have my own side without getting shoved into the corner
HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.

GGuest UserNot what we expected. The room size was smaller than what we anticipated. The breakfast area was always crowded and not enough space for anyone to get anything without a wait.
Vending machines on our floor was not working.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
