"I stayed 2 nights at this hotel Days inn downtown Edmonton . The check in was good I was checked in by an employee named vic I think . He was a very professional and positive person. The room was big and the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was of ok size . The WiFi worked well . The aircon unit did not work well and the room was a little charm because of that . Luckily you can open a window partially . Parking was available for $10.50 per day and was good and safe . Some of the interactions with other staff was good including tie cleaning staff . I asked some questions from other front desk staff and they ware not so friendly and uninterested it seemed in their work . Overall if you get a good price on this hotel it’s ok for 1 or 2 nights . Location is good ."

"Perfect location if you are in town to watch the Oilers game. The facility is old, towels were old and almost worn out! Bathroom was pretty clean, but other areas like the headboard, lamps, TV were really dust. The lighting was really poor even with the lights on. Hotel has parking but at an extra charge."

"Newly opened hotel, very close to West Edmonton Mall, just across the street, and there is jollibee fried food next to the show, which is very convenient. But the service is average, the hand sanitizer is gone, the front desk said the person who replaced it would be late, and no one replaced it after he left. The room is large, and it is equipped with a microwave and a large refrigerator, which is very convenient. The curtains in the room cannot be closed, and the lights outside are still quite dazzling at night. The waiter does not speak Chinese, and toiletries need to be charged separately."

"We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus."
