I complained to the hotel. The introduction said that pets are allowed. However, I checked in during the day. When I returned to the hotel at night, I was not allowed to bring my dog. I slept in the car all night.

It's clean and comfortable. There are Wal-Mart and some restaurants nearby. It's more convenient and easier to travel. It's very close to the West Edmonton Trade Center, but the breakfast is relatively simple.

Holiday inn is a great hotel to stay at. This location offers an underground parking which is a nice bonus when it’s cold

The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was the pull out sofa, it had old strawberry and noodle crumbs in it when we pulled it out

They were accommodating to everything we needed. Any issues we had, they dealt with immediately and professionally. They had gluten free options for breakfast as well.

Breakfast was very good, room was nice looking,fair price.Parking was hard to find and underground parking was very dusty and limited, very slow elevators, toilet plugged very easily, small bathtub, faucet handle broke off, and one cleaner was texting when we went for breakfast and didn’t move and was still texting when returned from breakfast!

Parking is an absolute nightmare. They do not have enough parking and have a clientele with massive oversized pick up trucks that compound the issue of a tight undersized lot and same for parkade.
Kept having to ask for things as never clean room unless you beg.

Staff did nothing about a noise complaint that continued all night. I called the desk twice and it continued. Worst staff experience, management was not on-site to do anything about it.

The room was really nice and everyone at the hote was super friendly. Only issue we had was there was crumbs and cheese on the carpet when we arrived but other than that super clean
