One word says it all, DIRTY!

Very good, excellent facility with great staff Would visit again

It's clean and has a lot of space. It's enough to open all the suitcases. The only downside was that the shower gel was empty when we checked in. Since it was late at night, no one from customer service answered the phone. In addition, the sound insulation is not perfect but it is acceptable. You may need to wear earplugs to sleep.

Overall awesome experience. Rooms were large, bed was comfy and the kitchenette was an awesome feature. We will definitely stay again.

Loved it, room very clean and stocked.Is just outside industrial area so not the best views. Pool was closed for renos. Would plan to stay again in the future.

Stay was okay. Sleep was terrible. We were constantly woken up to the upstairs toilets flushing drains. It was so loud! You could hear the water dumped through the walls. Stay in the top floor if possible

Decent complimentary breakfast & the rooms were pretty comfy & homey. I’ll definitely come back just because of the room’s amenities alone. Service was also pretty good.

We were over the moon with this property while we were in town for Winter Games. The room exceeded our expectation and we would highly recommend it.

It was convenient for the distance to our appointment. However it is a little expensive based in the location and the breakfast offered. I will find a better deal to the south.

Shower door was broken, kept sliding open and couldn’t shower properly and getting floor wet. The bed ******, blankets and couch pillows were super cheap, no fill and blanket was like a child size. Get a duvet for a queen bed with queen size pillows. Called front desk 5 times for an hour in the morning about an inquiry and no answer.
