From the outside,it looked great. But then we went inside and there was a big difference. From the lack of hygiene, the broken heater İN DECEMBER and the frozen restaurant. At least, they offered us diner and coffee for free as an apology, which is appreciated but doesn't compensate for all the problems.

Ziyaretim boyunca çok memnun kaldım,hizmet ilgi alaka şahane. Konaklamam boyunca personeller her şeyle ilgilendiler, eksik bir şey olup olmadığını, memnuniyetimi sordular. Odalar gayet sıcak, mekan şahane.

Odalarında kuş resimleri var . Resam Meriç Akdiş yapmış. Her resmin bir hikayesi varmış. Hangi oda da kalırsanız şans kuşu kalana ya saglık , ya kısmet, ya başarı gibi her biri özelliğine göre şans getiriyormuş. Kaldığınız odanın duvarındaki resmin hikayesini öğrenmenizi öneririm. Benim biraz ağrım vardı tesadüfen sağlık kuşu olan odaya düşmüşüm. Tesadüfmü yoksa özellikle mi verdiler bilmiyorum. Ama iyi geldi. Etkileyici bir atmosferi var. Otel Uğurlu otel olarak ün yapmış benden söylemesi.

Daha kapıdan girdiğinizde güler güzlü sempatik çalışanlar ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Bir anda yol yorgunluğunuz geçiyor. 24 saat sıcak çorba ev yemeği bulmak da ayrı güzellik. Çok memnun kaldık. Her gidişimizde yenilikler ile karşılaşıyoruz.

Daha once konakladigimizda elestirdik hatta olumsuz yorum yazdik. Fakat bu sene geldigimizde bir cok degisiklik yapildigini gorduk. Zaten otelin calisanlarini sahiplerini cok seviyorduk. Yenilenmis olmasina cok memnun olduk. Cok iyi olmus.

öncelikle odalar hiç hijyenik değil ve örümcek ağları ile doluydu.Yemekleri lezzetli değil ve hoşuma gitmedi kısacası kimseye tavsiye etmem gerçekten berbattı,otelin konumunun iyi olması sayesinde yolun karşısındaki restorantlardan yemek yemeyi otelin yemeklerine göre daha iyi olması sebebiyle tercih ettik.

Suit oda keyfi çok güzel. Haftasonu sakin huzurlu sinema keyfi Hotel Simsek de yasadık. Bize şef mehmet patlamış mısır ikram getirmesi tam bir sinema gecesi yasatti. Kahvalti salonunu aksam sinama salonu yapiyorlar cok guzeldi .En kısa zamanda görüşmek üzere teşekkür ediyoruz.
