Stayed here for one night in July 2024. Pros: 1) The location is great. It is next to a shopping centre and a short distance for other eating/shopping options. 2) All the sites of Edirne are a short walk away. 3) The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous. 4) There is ample on-site secured parking. 5) The rooftop restaurant is good serving vegetarian dishes. 6) The WIFI is free with good speed and connctivity. 7) The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. 8) The tariff is reasonable. 9) The place is quiet at night and the sleep quality was great. Cons: 1) The breakfast starts at 7:30. We prefer an earlier start.

Great experience, great hospitality. Very kind and helpful staff. Especially Ponsetya Restaurant is very well. You have to try seafood in this restaurant. Hotel is very closed to Erasta shopping mall.

I had the opportunity and the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything is worth it: from the breakfast to the special attention of the staff. I asked for 2 extra pillows and he brought them to us immediately. The hotel is very well located in the vicinity of the Erasta Mall. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff who were very connected with our needs! Also the free parking helped us a lot

The hotel was under renovation. Room were very clean. The girl from reception was very kind. BUT the waiter...we wanted to have something to drink at the terrace (in front of the hotel) but we had to go to the 1st floor - where the restaurant was - to order the drinks to the waiter and carry those drink by hand back to the terrace. For about 2 hour (we `ordered` a second round - I mean we had to take the drinks from 1st floor ) the waiter never tried to help us or asked us if we want something at the terrace. By the way, at that time in the hotel were tourist from Romania, Germany and other countries and the waiter didn't speak or understand english. It was funny! We were at this hotel 2 years ago and we were very impressed about their services and that's why we wanted to go here again. Next year I think I won`t choose this hotel again.

kaldığımız oda temiz ve yatak oldukça rahattı, otel personeli ilgili ve sorun çözmeye odaklıydı. fakat odaların hiçbirinde sigara içilmiyor katınızdaki balkona çıkıp içmeniz isteniyor ve bu açıdan konforsuz bir durumda kalıyorsunuz. temiz olmasına rağmen tuvaletteki gider kokusu için bir çözüm üretilmesi gerektiği de bir gerçek. konum olarak ulaşımı kolay.

A hotel with amazing receptionists, comfortable big rooms and a large selection of breakfast dishes. I enjoyed having a mall nearly next to the hotel and the location was pretty good. Thanks for having me, next time I am visiting Edirne, I already know where to stay :)

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel in the city center, the restaurant was good in taste and variety, the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, all your staff were friendly, thank you for everything, I would definitely recommend it, it is our next stop in Edirne.

The hotel's surroundings and rooms were clean. I had dinner at the restaurant. Both breakfast and dinner were good. The parking lot is large. The reception was very friendly and smiling. Drinks such as tea, coffee and water were provided in the rooms.
