Good hotel all round. Good location, especially for a day at the zoo or to watch Scotland play rugby. It is easy to get to the city centre too. The room we had was big and clean. Bed was comfortable and there was a big telly. Didn’t get a chance to use it but there is a pool.

Excellent accommodation. Very easy to locate, the transport from the airport leaves you very close to the place. It is very clean and beautiful but mostly cosy according to the climate of Edinburgh. I recommend it completely and above all a excellent price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Location is 5 to 10 minutes walk from Waverly train station. Just turn RIGHT from the MAIN STREET. Staff was helpful in arranging a cab for us to airport costing only £28 for 2 of us. IF we took the tram, our costing would be £15, but you needed to drag your luggage 🧳 and if raining 🌧 will be tough. The washing machine works well and come with ironing facilities. There's a iron with ironing board. Me managed to washed and iron all my clothes after 6 nights before flying off to Bergen. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

The transportation is very convenient, just opposite Wavely Station, and you can walk to the Royal Mile, National Gallery, Calton Hill, etc. The facilities are simple, the waiters are quite friendly, and you don't need to go through the front desk to enter and exit, which is quite private. The room is relatively large. If you are traveling and leave early and return late every day, this hotel is highly recommended.

The 6 rooms have curtains. The bedside can fill the shop. Small luggage can be placed directly in everyone's cabinet. If you are lucky, you can live on the bottom floor. Hahaha. Because the travel plan changed, we booked a hostel at short notice. You know, it's not easy to book such a cheap bed in Edinburgh. The place is not difficult to find, but the stairs are small and it's difficult to move luggage. The toilet and bathroom are small, but they can be used. Breakfast is provided, and you can cook for yourself. It's very close to the station, and there are many shops nearby, including McDonald's. It is situated in a prime location. Everything is easily accessible. The room is cleaned. However, the entrance of the hotel is a bit obscure. It is quite annoying especially when it is raining and you have a few pieces of luggage to carry. Not full set of amenities is provided. Other than that, I think it is a good choice for sightseeing around Edinburgh.

Hotel is just outside the train station and walking disrance to all main attractions.The hotel decoration gives a great vibe to the place. Staff is warm and welcoming. Room is a bit small, but nice and comfortable. Free snacks and drinks were a big plus! Excellent restaurant in the hotel and laundry at reasonable price. Amazing stay!

A very traditional, elegant, ancient and solemn hotel, the overall feeling is very good! The location is very convenient. After exiting the Waverley train station, you can reach the hotel in less than 5 minutes on foot. The entrance is very eye-catching. It's just a big uphill walk, and it will be a bit strenuous if you push a large piece of luggage. It only takes 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the castle. The hotel lobby is very traditional, and the characteristic bonfire hall seems to have entered Santa Claus's home. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and introduced the various facilities in the room in detail. Because Scotland is still quite cold, I didn't feel it when I turned on the heating in the room to the maximum. In the morning, a traditional English breakfast on the first floor of the hotel is absolutely amazing. There is a western restaurant with candlelight dinner next to the hotel, where you can enjoy a sweet world for two! 😍😍
