A beautiful house in a great location for exploring the city. The nearest bus stop is just 50 meters away. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and stylish, and everything is perfectly clean and well-maintained. The bed has comfortable mattresses and lovely pillows; we slept well. The Wi-Fi is very good. Parking is a bit limited, but we found a parking space quickly.

A few days enjoying all Edinburgh has to offer spent recently, and having a local beautiful hotel to stay in made the trip even better. Very friendly hosts, super helpful and gave useful advice to help us. Extremely clean and comfortable room with everything you could hope for. Stunning hotel and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights. On a main bus route, so there one every few minutes. Or if you don't mind walking, it's about 30-45 minute walk into the centre. You'll go past shops, restaurants and pubs. On the walk into the centre. The Guest House was nice a quiet, the room was very big, with a lovely four poster bed. A great shower/en-suit. Definitely stay again. Thanks

Very lovely room and a great location for getting public transport into the heart of the city. My wife loved the decor especially. Very friendly administrative and cleaning staff who were greatly accommodating of early bag drop requests.

We stayed here when visiting Edinburgh for the weekend. The hotel is easy to find, well located for public transport and there was plenty of parking off a nearby side street (Suffolk Road). The room was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom benefited from a nice hot, powerful shower. The host was friendly and able to provide advice on getting into Edinburgh using the bus.

18 Craigmillar Park exceeded our expectations. From the warm greeting on arrival by host Craig, we felt very much at home in the beautiful surrounds of the charming guest facility. The neutral tones of our room, the extra comfy bed and quality linen added to the experience. We enjoyed watching the passing traffic on the street below while relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. The nearby bus was a short walk away, as was the recommended Indian restaurant, Haldi. On reflection, this was a great location and superb place to stay.

On arrival Craig met us at the door, he was very inviting, professional and knowledgeable! He made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information we needed about the rooms and the city! As for the house.... it was absolutely stunning! Renovated to a high standard and was very cosy! The rooms were immaculate and very cosy! I would highly recommend staying here! Our first time in Edinburgh and we will definitely be back to stop at number 18 again thanks Craig!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean, cozy and we had everything for a comfortable sleep. We received a warm welcome and useful information about public transport in the city and places to eat nearby. If we ever return to Edinburgh, this accommodation will definitely be our first choice.
