Nice appartement very functional View on harbor Nice staff A little bit far away from center but bus stop very close to appartement

The Apartment is half an hour's drive from the city center, but there is a bus going directly to the city center downstairs, which is quite convenient. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils and the room is large. However, the toilet in the high-rise unit (5th floor) has insufficient water pressure, and the unit is relatively old and uses a storage water heater. If multiple people take a shower, they will have to wait for a while. Self-service check in and check out. After paying all the information and a deposit of £100, you will be provided with a mailbox password and key. If you pay the deposit with a credit card, the money will be refunded 5 to 10 days after check-out. However, if you don’t use a British bank account, I don’t know if the bank will charge a handling fee.

다시 오고 싶을 정도로 멋진 뷰와 함께 깨끗하고 넓은 방을 이용할수 있었습니다. 다시 에든버러에 오면 이곳에 또 머물거에요. 강추합니다. We spent 5 days and 4 nights here in Edinburgh. In conclusion, it is a great place that I want to come back again. We stayed on the 5th floor, and everything was perfect, with a great view, clean facilities, and a room large enough for a family of four. I could cook food and it was great. Bus number 11 came 5 minutes away and we took this bus to tour the city. Highly recommended.

Large two bedroomed appartment with good views and lots of light. We didn't use the second bedroom which was made up with three single beds. There's an ensuite shower room and a shared bathroom. Lots of towels and the essentials, soap, toilet roll. Nice welcome bag with some luxury essentials, wine and chocolates, present, was a surprise! The combined kitchen/dining/living room, on the fifth floor, has some wonderful views of the Forth, the ponds, the Royal Yacht Britannia with the Castle just visible as well. Number 11 bus terminated a few hundred yards down the road and this goes through Newhaven, Leith and into the city centre, very regular. Porto & Fi are good for breakfast, as is the Irish Bloke, near the Britannia. Oh and very quiet. Some items are missing though especially as this is a self catering accommodation for upto five people: No oven gloves. No baking or grill tray for the oven. There's only one oven shelf. The supports for which had been fitted incorrectly so we had to correct them to be able to use it. All the doors are auto closing, presume they're fire doors, bit of an inconvinience. The windows cannot be locked open so we had to move the dining chairs around to keep them open and let air in, design flaw with all the appartments we presume. Bedroom curtains are not hung correctly, missing curtain clips in places so we had to swap them from one room to the other. The bedrooms need blackout blinds, especially during summer and the long daylight hours. Had to move the bedside cabinet, we did put it back, as this caused one side of the bed to be rammed up to the wall. Pillow protectors are a must, we made the mistake of stripping the bed when leaving - eek! Extractor fans in both bathrooms don't seem to be working. Bathroom door has a hole or two present (See photograph). We normally stay at HPB properties so maybe we've been spoilt by their standards.

Lovely bright apartment with everything that you need for a relaxing stay, with asda within walking distance and bus services into town and a 10mins walk would highly recommend and I will be returning on my next trip to Edinburgh Massive thank you to David on the sales team for helping me with my enquiry a real asset to the team!!

This is now about the 10th time we have stayed in the Executive Apartments, you cant ask for more, the apartments are very large and clean, with everything you need for your stay, it also has secure underground parking, the staff are very helpfull too.

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment for 2 nights. The apartment itself is quite big with a king bed in one and 3 singles in the other room. The apartment had one ensuite and a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen dining living room was also quite big. Floor to ceiling windows allow for a good view. The apartment building has it's own underground secure car park which can be used free of charge. We were on the 4th floor and were having mobile network issues, but the apartment had it's own wifi. Things to use an improvement are the furniture in general. The sofas were clearly well used and had lost their bounce and shape. The beds themsleves seemed to have been made from a simple wooden frame which would creak while tossing and turning. I would not consider these a deal breaker for a short trip. The apartment has plenty of warning and instruction signs clearly aimed at the multitude of people who must be coming to stay. There was a clear sign about limited hot water supply, so it was good to read it and understand. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, but one needs to make sure to read through the full instructions properly. Although check-out is meant to be 10 am, it can be extended by paying and additional fees per hour. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and for the price we paid, it was more than what we bargained for.

The reservations team were particularly helpful at all stages of booking and during our stay. The apartment was spotless. The arrangements for checking in and out were clear. The area is very nice with great views over the Firth of Forth. We are looking forward to staying again as it is an ideal venue for visiting family.

We are delighted with our 3-day stay. The apartment on the 7th floor was incredible, very clean, well decorated, spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms but above all it was the living room which had an incredible view. the apartment is a little far from the city center but Uber is cheap and takes you in 15 minutes. the instructions and communication with Anna were very good, fast and precise. as there are not many supermarkets nearby, a small breakfast kit would have been appreciated Tups the Harbor restaurant near by is excellent

Lovely location and facilities were very good, easy access and departure instructions. Great views over the harbour and even got to see glimpse of colourful sky light from the northern lights. Great underground parking and a local bus service outside apartments. Allowed us to get in and out of town without the hassle of taking the car. Would highly recommend and we look forward to coming back again.

I stayed at The Ocean Serviced Apartments, Newhaven in early November when I was working in nearby Leith for a few weeks. The Apartment block is situated at the end of a peninsula, right opposite The Royal Britannia. The self service check in worked very well and was easy to use. On arrival into the apartment there's a users manual, that gives instructions on how to use the washing machine. TV etc. There are also plenty of towels, choice of bathroom or shower. The cooker is electric and also worked well. The fridge is a decent size and there's also a freezer. Bedroom also comfortable and not noisy at night. The 11 bus stop is a two minute walk from the Apartments block and takes you right to the centre of town. I look forward to staying at the Ocean Serviced Apartments again soon.

Awesome location easy to get to really clean & welcoming also checked in earlier without charge and left luggage after checkout while making most of day before evening flt home

Another wonderful two night stay at Ocean Serviced Apartments, we were on the seventh floor last weekend, very large. clean and spacious apartment with terrific views over the harbour with secure parking, the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Everything was great! The only thing is the bedroom doors would not stay open and the windows wouldnt stay open either.
