Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the absence of hot water for the beginning of your recent stay in one of the rooms. Although we immediately took the measures to address the problem, the reality was that we were not able to fix it right away. We acknowledge that we exceptionally failed to provide this basic service to one of the rooms, therefore those nights were fully refunded (50% as promised to you during your stay). We understand the frustration regarding the time it might have taken for the refund to be shown in your account, but sadly it did not depend on us, as it was not paid directly to us: we informed the 3rd party you booked through, which promptly confirmed the refund process, but that its process might take a while (we trust that you were kept informed at all times).Additionally, we would like to note that during your stay with us, we extended an additional gesture of goodwill by offering complimentary breakfast for the duration of your stay for both rooms.
