Travelodge Edinburgh Park

We have booked a Super Room! We hunged the tag for top up for three days, to refresh our towels and empty our bins, unfortunately just once we found on our bed the new five towels, two new bin bags and two toilet paper rolls. Therefore we had to change the bin bags!!! We also had the old towels left in the room and meanwhile we had to buy our own toilet paper rolls!!! Very sad!!!

Great service, clean hotel and friendly staff. Everyone was so welcoming and there was no hassle in checking in. Looking forward to staying with this hotel. The rooms are nice, modern and spacious and you can request for breakfast in the morning.

i will start with the negatives which are few and picky but would make my rating from 4 to 5 .... The showerhead broken and would not stay in one position ....no toilet brush in the toilet ...no wardrobes ...and a bit dated needs a fresh lick of paint. also no ironing board or iron in the room had to get one from reception which was the size of a kiddies toy and the iron was so basic and not a steam iron.. now the positives ..... the bathroom was immaculately clean ...and looked like a 5* bathroom very impressed ... bed was comfy and pillows were excellent...good temperature in the room ... The bedding was clean as well. Small but very adequate tv ... the breakfast in the morning was excellent...and the staff were awesome .. location great with a shopping centre 5 mins walk away good transport links...toby carvery next door ... bar was resonably priced as well .. general cleanliness was excellent.. overall very pleasant stay indeed

From the beginning they did not serve us well. We had to cancel a night because our flight was cancelled and they treated us badly by email before we arrived. They did not refund us the amount for the cancelled night and they also charged us 10GBP for modifying the reservation. When we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon after the first day, we found the beds unmade, dirty cups not replaced with clean ones and the window open, so it was quite cold. When we told them at the reception they didn't say anything to us, they ignored us.We also left our bags after checking out, even though we were told that they could be stolen.

Hotel staff were nice when we located them. We didn’t eat in hotel so can’t comment on food. Stay was ok, would have been better if rooms had been dusted. Walls and shelves very dusty.
