Good location in the center of old street. Coffee and breakfast is good for start a new day

I really enjoyed my stay. The pod was super comfy and the shower was the nicest I've had in a hostel. The location is amazing right by the market cross, two minute walk to absolutely everything. Very good value for money. The staff was amazing as well.

The hostel is nice and clean. It is bit expensive to book in the last minute. However, it is in a very good location. There is a shared kitchen in the place. The room was clean and quiet. Everything was fine. I would recommend if you are travelling on budget but be aware to book early as the price is changing. I would come again only if they lock the price even if you book last minute.

Excellent location. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Pod and rooms are very clean in the courtroom. Bathrooms could do with some extra cleaning. Would definitely recommend this place as somewhere to stay in Edinburgh.

The court is very comfortable and clean. Great location in the centre of the old town. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The hostel runs activities that can help to meet people but otherwise I found everyone very quiet and it was a little difficult to meet new people in the hostel.

The location is superb, in the centre of city, about 10-15 mins walk to Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station, nearby attractions like Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile. If you are Potterhead as I do, Victoria Street is also easily accessible on foot. The staffs are so nice and helpful, I borrowed their hairdryer and kept my luggage there after checkout. The bed is comfy, and you can help yourself with ear plugs and eye mask they provided if needed. They provide large enough (one medium size luggage would be okay) locker with digital lock too. Overall, I love this place!

We had the best stay in this modern themed hotel. The location is excellent. Right next to St Giles Cathedral and a short stroll to the castle. The communal spaces were tidy and well-kept and we loved having a list of events to look forward to. The breakfast porridge and coffee combo is worth having. I’d love it if they added breakfast rolls to the menu. Apart from that, we have lots of compliments and no complaints.

Absolutely amazed by how clean and nice the hostel is!!! Will definitely come back again. I was assigned to the upper bed but have no problem getting on it!

We had such a great stay at Code Pods. We booked a private room and it was so clean and spacious. The room had our own thermostat so we could control the temperature, there were flip flops for the shower and the bed so super comfy. The bathrooms were so clean and nice. The whole hostel is great i would definitely reccomend!

We booked a double bed and were asked to pay extra for the second person caused by incorrect advertisement.

Staff was available for late check in and I slept quite comfortably in the provided pod. Was quiter than I expected for a shared room.

Just right next to the Adam Smith status. It's pretty good considering extortionate price elsewhere.

Perfect location and feels like a safe area. Similar to Japan’s capsule hotel. Good value for money for a hostel. Have yet to try their breakfast. Common room size is probably not as big as other hostels. Bathroom and sleeping area were clean.
