We were on the top floor which was a 76 step spiral staircase. Very difficult to climb.. not for the faint hearted. Apartment was as Basic as it gets with no frills at all … no WiFi no lamps fridge not working, no curtains or blinds on the main window, which one of our party had to sleep in on a very uncomfortable sofa bed! Filthy place and no hot water in any of the sinks but hot water in the toilet cistern ?? Gaffer tape all round the leaky shower (which is either scalding hot or freezing cold every 15 seconds!!). If I didn’t laugh, I would have cried! The only thing it had going for it was the location which is great!! Luckily we’re were only there for 2 nights as we were travelling around Scotland.
