1b1b apartment at very great location near royal mile and train station. Other floors are for U of Edinburgh students. Room is clean and the kitchen tools are provided. Check in and check out are very smooth.

Very clean and tidy apartment but no air-conditioner. Kind of expensive if based on provided stuff in hotel. No tissue paper or paper tow provided. Internet connection is not user-friendly.

It was a great stay and I would stay there again. It was in a nice part of town and close to the old town. The staff was friendly and I like that they have a separate room in the back of reception for bags to be held after checkout. It made me feel like my things were safer.
