I stayed for a month, had to request almost everyday to have the room cleaned but during the entire stay, they managed to clean it only once which was disappointing but otherwise the location and the stay itself if good

10/10, the staff were lovely and made it so easy to check in and out. Any questions we had they had no issues to answer or help with. A couple of the cups were a little dirty but could have been from people previously staying there. Would 1000% recommend staying here

Excellent location, clean and well equipped. However we were told "towels are only changed once a week", although when requested we were given a new set but the old ones weren't collected for 2 days. In addition we repeatedly asked for a kitchen sink plug so as to save running hot water. We were told maintenance would sort it but after our 4 day stay still no plug.

Its a bit far away from the railway station. Needs at least 20mins walk. However, the room is big and super comfortable to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Heeton Concept aparthotel is a little gem and a great value for money. The apartment had all the amenities needed, a comfortable bed. It is close to Princess street and to all the restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and helpful. Well recommended.
