Very centrally located. Big, apartment-style rooms. Good service at front desk. Restaurant is run by a different group and was so-so, but lots of options surrounding the hotel.

The front desk staff was very welcoming after our late checking. He took us and showed us the room all by himself. Very nice guy. And yeh we got room upgraded. The room was spacious, clean, very luxurious, bed was super good, pillow good, and the Aarn brand for shampoo and body lotion was amazing. Also the boss speaker inside the room was fantastic. On the other hand the room were very dark. The fan in the rest room was loud. There was no room phone surprisingly. And in the late night it gets bit loud. Can hear people talking outside. Other than that we had a very homely feeling. The room was the in the other side of the building, so there was no view.

Literally the best hotel we have ever stayed in the recent years. Perfect scenery, perfect room layout… If someone sees this, could you please tell me the name of the perfume used in the bedrooms if possible? Thanks a lot!

Had a fantastic stay, we actually booked this hotel by mistake, thinking we had booked their sister hotel at St Andrews sq., but we are so glad we did. The apartments are furnished to the highest standards and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous right across from St Giles Cathedral with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, also just a short walk to Princess St. Will definitely be back

The location of the hotel is really good and you can easily visit the royal mile. Besides, you can find various cooking tools in the room. Definitely will visit next time!

The place is just amazing! I miss this hotel already! My huge recommendation when you in Edinburgh. It’s perfect location in the middle of old city right next to St Gile’s cathedral. We spent two days of our honeymoon there and was very surprised because hotel kindly upgraded us for huge two floors apartment. Brilliant hotel! A clean room with completed facilities, a perfect service, a great location which nears the St Giles church, to enjoy the traditional culture in royal millions street. I really recommend this lovely hotel to everyone.

Excellent location but beware there are steep steps from the station so a taxi is recommended if you have a lot of luggage. Very nice room with everything you could need, and extremely friendly and attentive staff.
