It’s a quite cute and nice hotel near the University of Edinburgh and the Royale Mile. The room is small but clean and has everything you need.
Also if you have a university account you can use the university wifi at the hotel which is faster than the free wifi available (it is still very fast though).

The. Room is to hoot no AC
To much shower head
Toilet flashing point cover toilet cover by lead
In web site never give you clear clarification about the service
When I book it it show me with breakfast
When I reach the place something different
I don’t think it deserve to pay this much
I am really sorry I am not see it again

Great short stay in a conveniently located hotel. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are not large but adequate for an overnight stay or weekend.
