Hotel has a good location. You can take a bus into town or walking takes about 30 minutes. There is a community mall opposite from hotel. Parking is £10 per day for hotel guest. My room has very good view of Edinburg.

Location is good just a bus a way from Jonny walker / princess st. Only 8 stops. All staffs are friendly and very helpful. Thank you to all team Receptionist Andre and Reception Supervisor Allan. Breakfast is good, room was very spacious, Highly recommended. Definitely will stay here again

Overall the stay was good but there were some issues like no heating in the room(had to bring heaters) and no telephone was available(had to go to the reception to get anything).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a lovely view. The amenities, including the breakfast buffet, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Book the room 2 hours before check in, arrived and was given twin bedroom not as per booking. Front desk politely address the issue, had to contact Trip to sort out the issue. Eventually accept the room with compensation for not getting the room type booked due to overbooked. Breakfast, parking and atmosphere was good in this hotel.
