We called the desk to help with excessive noise above our room that lasted several hours. The walls and floors are excessively thin. To say we had restful night would be a lie.

Everything was above average except for the high humidity in the room. We still needed the ac on, but through out the night n the morning, the room was damp n the floor felt slippery.

I came to RGV every other weekend and always stay here, it’s very convenient, family oriented, great service, friendly staff and could continue but overall the best option in McAllen area

There was an issues after checking in. We reserved a room with a king size bed and we were placed in a double. We eventually we placed in a room with a king size bed, it the whole deal took an hour and 15 minutes. There were lots of people checking in, and only 1 person at the front desk.

The employees were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was clean and nicely decorated.
The only thing is that the walls seemed thin, because I could hear the people above me and next to me.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Set up of room appears to be very practical as every bit of space is used for something. I think thoisbhotelbis geared to be eco friendly as water pressure from faucet and shower was just enough to do what you needed to do. Overall it was a great place to stay
