Texas Inn and Suites Edinburg

The rooms was dirty, bed bugs, inexperienced clerk, as so he claimed!! And it didn't bother the clerk that I reported that the motel had bad reviews,also too they're wasn't any patrons there . In my hindsight I should have asked to see the room first. And thanks to my fiancé that she checked and alerted me about the place

These rooms have roaches, bugs, dirty sheets, broken stuff. They are just nasty. When you discover that you cant find a room fit for any NORMAL human they refuse to give you a refund. The manager is NEVER there and is the only on authorized to give refunds. He does not respond to email. STAY AWAY

This place was Terrible!!! My room was not clean, smelled like urine, the bed linens looked dirty, the a/c did not work properly & when I requested another room, was told it was not possible, so someone just came & replaced the linens. Had it not been so late, I would have just gone to another hotel. I will never stay here again!

Holy moly how does this hotel have 3 stars? This had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life and I am well traveled so that's saying a lot for me. From the moment I walked into my room, I was overwhelmed by the smell of mold. The rooms were all "booked" for the night despite the fact that I saw literally no cars in the parking lot which made me feel uneasy just seeing my rental out there in the open. There was no hot water and not even a liner for the shower curtain so it did absolutely nothing to keep the water in. There were stains on the chairs and furniture. Stains on the bed. I had to sleep in my clothes on top of the top sheet because I felt uncomfortable sleeping under the covers. In the middle of the night I woke up to go to the bathroom and when I turned on the light a TON of cockroaches scattered away. So it was also bug infested! As I sat in the bathroom I watched a roach crawl across the wall in front of me. I have never been so uncomfortable to stay at a hotel I PAID FOR in my entire life. I cannot emphasis how awful it was enough. Just spend the extra money and go somewhere else! I had to do a deep wash of all my clothes because when I returned home they still smelled of mold!! The person at the front desk was very nice, but that doesn't even begin to compensate for the horrible experience I had here. Stay far away!!
